Hire Fee Includes

• Receptionist plus hostess.
• MP3 and DVD recording. DVD playback onto Large Screen TV.
• Light refreshments, hot drinks, and snacks for both clients and respondents.
• Full use of stationery.
• 1 hour briefing and half an hour de-briefing time.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting room and stationery only included in price. Other items such as DVD playback, recording, drinks, and hostess all available on request but incur an additional cost
