We provide our clients with the most up to date technology, recording onto DVD for video and MP3/cd for audio. MP3 audio recordings can also be uploaded to your transcribers FTP site whilst the second group takes place.
Your recordings can be with your transcribers before you leave the building!!

Groups can be streamed to most of the world via our web streaming network at really realistic prices.

Website usability studies in depth can be recorded with picture in picture onto standard DVD. The facial image of the user is overlaid onto the test site enabling facial expressions to be seen together with mouse navigation.

Our equipment is professionally installed and maintained on a regular bases. But even so we cannot be held responsible for equipment failure that is beyond our control. We do however minimise any failure risk by recording a back up in a separate format that is deleted after a week. From our experience this has proved invaluable in the past. Not because of equipment failure but because on occasions tapes' have been lost and we have been able to produce copies to be with the client by the next day
